References

References are available from alumni riders that have toured with us. We have a long list of alumni that can answer questions about our tour overall experience. Please contact us for a list of alumni in your area.

Accommodations

We use well known hotels and motels that are known for their service. Please call for a list of hotels. Standard accommodations are double occupancy. Private rooms are available upon request for an additional fee.

Meals

Breakfast, snacks, and beverages will be included. Dinner will be provided on most days  at local restaurants and hotels with banquet rooms.

Luggage

Each rider's luggage and supplies will be transported by our truck daily to each destination. Your luggage will be delivered to your room before you arrive at the hotel.

Pre-Training

A pre-training plan is included in the cost of your trip. We have trainers available who will answer questions you have. They will set up a training plan and goals for you to prepare for the tour. We will make use of local bike clubs and piggy-back with some of their weekly and seasonal rides to get in some biking miles before the trip.

Route Maps

Maps of the route will be provided. Each night before dinner, tour leaders will go over the next day's route. This will include sight-seeing stops, road conditions, and special events along the way.

Fundraising

As mentioned earlier, this ride is a fundraiser for your favorite non-profit. All monies that you raise will go directly to the charitable organizations. When you register, you will receive a Fund Raising Guide. We will help coordinate this fundraising with a local charitable organization of your choice.

Safety Requirements

A well maintained touring bike with a triple chain ring is recommended. All cyclists must wear a Snell or ANSI approved helmet while riding.
